Power BI custom visual files work only with Power BI desktop, once imported, and the Power BI web service when published. You are solely responsible for your use of sio2Graphs’ .pbiviz files directly and/or through any third party services. Any data you or your representative supplies to a sio2Graphs .pbiviz file is private and unknown to sio2Graphs. It is your responsibility to make sure any and all representations, displays, summarizations and calculations accurately manipulates and reflects your data. Additionally, it is your responsibility to understand how each .pbiviz file manipulates your data. You understand and without reservation agree that sio2Graphs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from your use of a sio2Graphs .pbiviz file directly and/or through any third party services.
